The Green Package is designed for Landlords who would like to take advantage of the strong Students on the Green brand and marketing facilities. This service is free of charge.

Our Bronze Package is designed for landlords who wish to take advantage of our Student Finding Service and not get involved with the laborious job of showing students around their property, but yet prefer to remain in control of preparing the tenancy contracts, handle deposits and rent payments and management of their property.

Charges are based on £250 per room filled, fee payable once the landlord is happy with the group and agreement of tenancy is in place.

A favourite with landlords – the Silver Package Plus is designed for landlords who wish to remain involved with the general running of their own property, but would prefer not to get involved with the laborious job of arranging property viewings, collecting of deposits, compiling the contract documents, instead handing-over these tasks to Students on the Green to manage.

In recent times this seems to be the package landlords are finding most beneficial. The Gold Package is designed to take care of all your landlord responsibilities and takes away the stress and hassle of a rental property. It includes all of the services outlined in the Silver Package Plus and in addition includes quarterly inspections of the property, managing the students during the tenancy, handling of any maintenance issues that may occur, and preparing of your property during the change-over period.

Charges are based on 12% on rental amount and fee is deducted from landlord's rent on monthly basis.
